I help individuals of all fitness levels develop a better understanding of the various components of health and fitness so that they can lead happier, healthier lives while inspiring others to do the same.

In July 2021 I set out to record a combined weight of 1200lbs on the big three lifts (bench, squat, deadlift) for Reps for Recovery at Big Time Barbell in Muncie, IN. In order to achieve that goal, I began researching powerlifting techniques/methods, applied them to my training, and recorded a final weight of 1125lbs total while sitting at 175lbs bodyweight. While I didn’t reach my goal of 1200, I was still able to earn a spot in the “Men’s 1000lb Club” as well as shirt acknowledging the feat.
