Sunwook Kwon

I was an extremely skinny guy weighing 105 lbs. After consistent training, I accomplished my goals of 30 consecutive pull ups, 140 sit ups in 2 min, 880lbs leg press, and 35 pounds of weight gain. It has helped me become confident with everything I do outside of the gym, achieve a high-performance level on the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT), and build a healthier lifestyle.
