I help clients improve their weight training and cardio skills so that they can become healthier, recover from injuries, prepare for athletic events, and feel stronger in a sustainable way.

I started lifting while I recovered from an ACL tear in 2015 and I quickly fell in love! Exercise has helped me grow more confident in myself, take care of my body, and overcome challenges. I found the best way for me to make progress was to try to do a little more each week and be sure to eat well while recovering.
