2018 is when I started this journey! I had always been called fat, obese, told by the doctors I needed to lose weight! However I didn’t listen! I still went out to eat, ate/drank what I wanted, didn’t exercise. One day I went to the doctors and stepped on the scale and saw it read 191lbs, it was then I knew I needed to stop my bad habits and start new healthy ones! I REFUSED to hit 200lbs! I started training with Sable, gave up all soda, and changed my eating habits! I couldn’t be any happier. Sable is the best at what she does and really shows how much she cares.
