I struggled going to the gym and was not consistent with my fitness journey because I felt like I didn't know what I was doing. In 2020 I decided to get serious with working out. I started with at home workouts and mastering the foundations of each exercise. From there I started going to the gym and became more confident in what I was doing. I truly found an appreciation of patience and consistency which has led to my continued progress in the gym.
