As a fitness instructor and personal trainer, Monica continues learning all that she can about staying healthy and striving to help others to live a healthy lifestyle. She loves teaching and motivating others in any class format or one on one. One of her favorite things about teaching is getting to know the people and making a difference in their lives. She strives to find out people’s names and remember them the next time she sees them. It’s the people that matter.When she’s not at the gym, she’s editing photos, computer hacking or driving to one of the 10 million activities that her 6 kids are involved in.
