I help my clients from all walks of life learn to love their bodies and fitness journeys so they can feel good in their skin and look forward to a better and more promising future.

A personal fitness goal I set for myself was to rehab my right knee back to health as well as free my body from sciatic pain. I accomplished both of these goals by consistently practicing safe exercises to build strength and muscle in my lower body. I then ended every session with a focused sequence of stretches in order to be pain-free.
