Kenny Ricks

Thirteen years ago, I lost 60lbs. Through goal setting and hard work, I have been able to keep that weight off, as well as compete in a variety of fitness competitions. Some of those include: Spartan Races, Powerlifting, Olympic lifting, 5k's, CrossFit, and a few others.
