I help people who are motivated and ready to change their life so they can live a healthier and happier life.

When I was in High School, I set a goal for myself to be able to run a mile around the 5 min and under 6 min mark. I trained very hard to try and accomplished this, and when I was a Junior right before Soccer season I ran the mile in 5 min 10 sec, which was just 5 seconds from the overall record and my personal best.
