Julie Fisher

Growing up a runner I got all sorts of injuries because I wasn't stretching before runs or executing proper form during strength exercises. I was pushing my body past its max and it eventually broke down. I changed my workout routine, cut back on my running significantly and got into strength training. From there, I gained more muscle and overcame past injuries. After some time, I was able to get back into running and accomplish my goals. I know now that you can prevent injuries and still accomplish your goals and passions!
