Josiel Loya Ontiveros

I started my fitness journey working on body composition about 3 years ago. I've accomplished reaching a low six percent body fat by losing 15lbs and gained 26lbs of muscle. Following a structured training program and fueling my body with good foods has helped me love the way I look and feel at the gym and during my daily life.
