Something I struggled with growing up was putting on any type of weight. I was always the scrawny kid. I played several sports, and was athletic, but not happy with how I looked. Working out changed my life. I went from no muscle mass to reaching my goals, and soon my goals changed. I was training to become more positive and happier with my progress.
