My experience with personal training at VASA is the BEST I have ever had with a personal trainer. James from my first appointment was very thorough, kind and encouraging. He made sure to understand any injuries or issues that I had and what my goal was coming into the gym. I honestly wasn't sure if I was going to do personal training until after my appointment with him. Trainers I have had in the past just put you on a basic program and didn't seem to fully understand my needs. With James I have always felt that he was in tune to my needs and my weaknesses, working to get me stronger. He also has such a positive attitude! I had been going to physical therapy for lower back issues and after working with James, I started to get better results.
