I help athletes improve their agility, mobility, and power so they can improve their overall performance and skill.

A personal fitness accomplishment I have achieved is being able to cut down my two-mile run time. Working with speed and interval training on a track and treadmill was crucial in being able to cut down lap times. Using strength and power training was also extremely beneficial because it helped me push and maintain a faster pace that I previously wasn't able keep.
