I’ve been a VASA Brickyard member and personal training client for about four and one-half years. Bhavleen is applying her expertise in physical therapy exercise programs to construct exercise programs to strengthen my thoracic muscles, to address a knee injury I suffered a few years ago, and to heal various arm muscle strains. I feel quite fortunate to have her expertise available and am already seeing improvements in these areas as a result of her recommendations.
