I help clients gain confidence through education around fitness and building healthy habits so they can be the best version of themselves.

I started my own fitness journey because I was overweight and uncomfortable in my own skin. I worked hard to build healthy lifestyle habits in fitness and mental health. I've lost 50 pounds and overcome disordered eating habits. Looking back at who I was and who I am today, they are two completely different people. I am so much happier and healthier!
