Once you check in to the club, head to our cycle studio where your coach will welcome you to class. Pick your bike and get ready as the mood lighting is set for a little high-intensity cardio backed by a soundtrack of current hits to get you in the groove and feeling great! Track your heart rate with Myzone heart rate monitoring technology to make sure you’re pushing and recovering throughout the workout.
