    What will happen to my current membership?
    Your membership price will not increase; it will stay the same. You will be automatically transferred to a comparable VASA membership.

    When can I come into VASA?
    Your membership with VASA will be active Sept 1st, and we will send you an email with your barcode and app activation key. Feel free to visit the location prior to that date to get a tour and get help to download the app.

    Will my childcare or guest privileges transfer?
    No, these services will not transfer. VASA offers these services that can be added onto your account for an extra monthly cost, see a team member at VASA with questions.

    Will I need to transfer my billing information over to VASA?
    No. Club New Tone and VASA are working together to make the transition seamless and secure for you. We will be transferring everything to Paramount Acceptance billing system which will require no further action from you.

    Where do I direct my questions about my billing or contract?

    Will my personal training membership transfer?
    If you had prepaid personal training sessions available your account, those sessions will transfer to VASA for you to use with a VASA trainer. VASA will not continue to bill any Personal Training agreements after the Sept 1 transfer date.

    How do I schedule my personal training session with VASA?
    VASA will contact you to set up your first appointment and discuss your options. If you have any further questions, please come into the Lafayette location and a VASA team member would be happy to help you.
