Title: Facilities Operations Clerk

Reporting Supervisor: Whitney Huff

Position: Development

FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt/ Hourly


 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Development and support of Open Wrench 
  • Support General and District Managers with Open Wrench training, access and use
  • Open Wrench reporting
  • Asset Management
  • Facilities equipment procurement
  • Weekly senior tech communication
  • Order and track parts for work orders
  • Other duties as assigned

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

  • 1+ year previous experience in facility maintenance role
  • Ability to manage projects and hold vendors accountable
  • Must have organizational and office skills to include: answering emails, and other administrative tasks as assigned

 

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

  1. Some maintenance background in either facilities or other mechanical equipment


ATTENDANCE: Attendance is an essential duty of the position. Employees must work on-site for regularly scheduled shifts to assist the club with broken equipment and maintenance of facility
