    What will happen to my current membership?
    Your membership price will not increase, it will stay the same. You will be automatically transferred to a VASA membership.

    When can I come into VASA?
    Your membership with VASA will be active June 17th, and we will send you an email with your barcode and app activation key.

    Will my childcare or guest privileges transfer?
    No, these add-ons will not transfer. VASA will honor anything that has been prepaid on your account but will not continue to draft for those add-ons.

    Will I need to transfer my billing information over to VASA?
    No. 24 Hour Fitness and VASA are working together to make the transition as seamless as possible for you. We will be transferring everything to Paramount Acceptance billing system which will require no further action from you.

    No, members transferred to VASA Fitness memberships in Utah will no longer have access to 24-hour locations outside of Utah on their membership.

    Will my personal training membership transfer?
    Yes, VASA has Certified Personal Trainers to help you achieve your fitness goals. Your membership will seamlessly transfer, and VASA will work with you to match you to the right Trainer for your goals and schedule.

    How do I schedule my personal training session with VASA?
    ASA will contact you to set up your first appointment and discuss your options. If you have any further questions, please come into the location listed above and a VASA team member would be happy to help you out.
