10 Kettlebell shoulder press
10 Kettlebell upright rows (using 1 or 2)
10 (each leg) Kettlebell walking lunges
15 Kettlebell Swings (using 1)
10 Kettlebell squats (using 1)
10 Bent over kettlebell rows
10 Kettlebell pushups
