Full Body Hiit

  • Mountain Climbers
  • Leg Raises
  • Burpee with Push-up
  • Squat press with kettlebell
  • In and Out Plank Jumps
  • Reverse Lunge
  • Kettlebell Deadlift
  • Side Plank Push-ups
  • Kettlebell Swings

Do each of these moves for 20 sec and rest for 30! Repeat 2 times and give your self a round of applause. You deserve to relax!
